Growth Day @ Sentosa Beach Fiesta

This year we celebrated our annual Growth Day differently. We celebrated it outdoor with the public and it was a meaningful and enjoyable event. The venue of the Growth Day event is Siloso beach at Sentosa.

There was a carnival organized by ITE students and we were invited to took part in their carnival. There were more than 30 game stalls and everyone of them were incharged by two or three ITE students. The games were designed by the students and all of them were challenging. The ITE students demonstrated their innovative and creativity through the idea they presented in their games. I was amazed by the perseverance they had demonstrated towards their work.

Everyone of us were given 12 coupons to try all the games and there were prizes for the winners who managed to meet the target. The games had challenged our ability to balance ourselves and the accuracy of meeting target. I was able to recognise my strengths and weaknesses through the games. I had learnt the spirit of never give up through the activity.

I believed that all the Chong boonites had grown a lot after participating in the carnival. The carnival had changed my perspective towards the ITE students. What I had realised was their enthusiasm and integrity. They were pretty nice and friendly.
